JD Sports Malaysia offers a hassle-free return policy allowing customers to return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items such as swimwear, undergarments, and personalized products are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your JD Sports account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original box or packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Collect+ location or schedule a courier pickup via our portal.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 working days.
